Your New Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Work Winning Team on a permanent basis. This is remote role that may require occasional travel for meetings and events.

The salary will be between £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience.

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with Business Development team, the Head of Communications, and the wider team to ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects and campaigns.

The successful candidate will be tasked to create bespoke collateral for work winning opportunities, along with coordinating events, content creation and collaborating with the wider digital and graphic design teams.

The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours based on Monday – Friday.

You will be responsible for:

  • Producing analytics and data to demonstrate the success of each project and adapt future activities to ensure we are achieving ROI
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns that align specifically with the business unit’s work winning strategy
  • Working with the Communications teams to create bespoke collateral for work winning opportunities.
  • Project manage attendance at key events, as well as managing events calendars.
  • Ensure core messages are fed in to BAU comms activity and that we are maximising the wider capability of the Amey Group
  • Feed into the Group digital strategy and ensure exposure across all corporate channels.
  • Support on the creation of work winning specific content such as reports, white papers and thought leaderships.
  • Own and track stakeholder engagement activities
  • Ensure all marketing activities are monitored, tracked, and reported against to ensure our ongoing strategy is achieving the desired results.

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in a similar marketing role
  • Experience in Copywriting would be advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a creative flair
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft
  • Work well as part of a team and alone
