About The Role:
The Client Success Partner (EMEA) role is part of the broader Client Success team. You will be a frontline advocate and proactive support to Sterling’s top tier customers in EMEA. You will act as a liaison between the internal fulfillment departments and our customers to ensure that the background check
process runs smoothly by preventing potential problems, troubleshooting and resolving complications. You will have a group of accounts assigned to you and you will support the Client Success Partners in guaranteeing the overall success of the client from a revenue and relationship perspective. Members of
this team will:

This Is What You'll Do:
- Serve as a consultative liaison and the primary point of escalation/engagement with specific client accounts to protect and grow revenue of the account
- Proactively monitor volumes and revenue to ensure the treatment strategy is appropriate and to identify/ascertain reasons for and address significant fluctuations
- Act as a customer advocate to drive improvement in the customer and candidate experience across the business
- Represent Sterling well to ensure process consistency and operational efficiency wherever possible
- Act as a subject matter expert to drive proactive changes in your account base, to maximize both internal efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Liaise with client facing teams around the world to support growth of accounts with a global footprint
- Conduct F2F Quarterly Business Reviews
- Proactively support the implementation and onboarding of your assigned Tier 1 accounts, in conjunction with the Implementation Team
- Work with Sales to identify new revenue opportunities associated with your accounts

- Commercial acumen and strong desire to succeed
- The ability to listen, question and challenge clients to fully understand and address their needs.
- Successful track record of managing successful and profitable client relationships.
- Strong operational understanding of Background Screening
- Personal integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
