Job description
An American international law firm is looking for a talented and friendly Marketing Coordinator to join their team! In this role you will be supporting the full range of marketing activities for the London and Brussels Office. The Role;
MATERIALS, PITCHES AND DIRECTORIES
- Assist with the production and updating of materials and capability statements - both office wide and practice area.
- Assist with the production of pitch documents and decks.
- Assist in the production of the annual submissions to UK Legal 500 and Chamber's directories.
WRITTEN ASSETS AND COMMS
- Support the drafting, proofreading and publication of firm news, client-facing announcements, web content, blog postings, and thought leadership articles.
- Assist with social media posts and updating lawyer profiles on LinkedIn.
- Assist with sourcing media coverage.
EVENTS PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT
- Work with London Marketing Team on client events including webinars, seminars, private dinners and hosted receptions.
- Assist with the administration of tickets and hospitality for the firm suite at the O2 Arena.
- Monitor forthcoming external events and conferences, especially in the technology and life sciences sectors - both relating to firm memberships, and others.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous marketing experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to provide clarity and creativity to content.
- Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.
- A strong team player naturally inclined to share and collaborate with colleagues across functions and geographies.
