Are you a media savvy and creative person seeking a temporary role with an impressive employer?
Working closely with the Website Manager and Digital Team your role will be to assist with the website and app by developing initiatives and delivery of key projects.
This is a part-time role working three days per week. There may be some flexibility required regarding which days are needed by the client each week.
Also, some weeks you must be happy alternating to five shorter days. This is an office-based role, so please only apply if you can get to the office every day and can work 24 hours per week.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Part Time Website Coordinator Responsibilities
- Ensure content is kept up to date across all sites.
- Coordinate website and marketing calendars to promote seasonal content
- Archive old content on the company website
- Conduct post-campaign analysis using Google analytics
- Implement monthly SEO improvements to reduce costs

Temporary Part Time Website Coordinator Requirements
- Experience with Adobe and Microsoft suites
- Excellent knowledge of CMS platforms, and basic understanding of SEO
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong communication both verbal and written
- Second to none organisation, prioritisation and multi-tasking ability
- Able to work from the office
- Happy to alter working days based on client need
- An eye for detail, creativity and an interest in all things luxury
- Creative self starter
- A proactive and pragmatic approach to problem solving
