The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Officer to help us achieve real impact by supporting the development, delivery and optimisation of the RSA marketing activity through both paid and organic campaigns.
This will include the creation of engaging and impactful written communications and messaging for all digital and owned channels as well as asset development in line with RSA brand guidelines.
This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days. This is a 6 month fixed term contract with potential for extension.
About You
What we look for in a successful Marketing and Communications Officer candidate:
- Experience undertaking and managing integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, impact and engagement.
- Good understanding of the marketing planning and delivery cycle as well as the principles of brand management.
- Excellent copywriting and story-telling skills, with the ability to simplify complex messaging in a concise and engaging manner and deliver compelling communications.
- Good understanding of digital marketing with knowledge of using digital channels to maximise campaign impact.
- Organised and thorough, with an ability to manage and deliver against multiple projects at once.
- Excellent relationship management to build and maintain stakeholder relationships and enable effective collaborative working.
- Experience of working with external suppliers to deliver campaign assets on time, on budget and against agreed objectives.
