Established in 1989, Parker Car Service has evolved into the market leader in providing private hire services to over half a million customers within and outside of London.

We are a thriving minicab/chauffeur business based in Feltham, West London, looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and be able to think creatively to promote our brand and services.

The working hours of Marketing Specialist are typically during the day Monday to Friday. However, you may need to work some weekends or evenings when attending or organising events, or when working on a large marketing campaign.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue

· Create marketing material aimed at clients and drivers

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up to date with industry trends and customer needs

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, TV, radio, SEO, and PPC advertising

· Create engaging content for our website, social media, and other marketing materials

· Updating and maintaining website to ensure that all elements are as good as they can be

· Sourcing advertisement opportunities in radio, TV, printed materials and sponsorships etc

· Planning and creating marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters and posters

· Develop effective promotional materials and campaigns

· Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

· Prepare coherent marketing campaign reports using data analysis tools

· Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed

· Attending industry events, conferences, trade shows and sales events

· Supporting the Business Development Manager in completing agreed activities

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role

· A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics

· Proficient in marketing automation tools

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Solid understanding of SEO, PPC advertising, and social media marketing

· Experience in the transportation or travel industry is a plus
