We are seeking independent professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit who are self-motivated, can plan their own schedule and work remotely. You keep yourself accountable, create and measure your results and follow through consistently, to which you will be rewarded generously.
The Role:
Conduct interviews with qualified applicants via telephone
Engage with leads via phone calls, emails and social media platforms
Execute daily, weekly and monthly lead generation activities
Prospecting through Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Utilize your phone and laptop to proactively prospect and identify potential clients, making +20 calls daily to achieve targets
Attend weekly online training sessions to further develop your skills and to be informed about the business objectives and future events.
Be proactive with your own personal development by utilizing the companies award winning programs, which will assist you in achieving your own personal long-term goals
Your Skills set:
A big thinker who always pushes themselves to think ‘out of the box’, a quick learner and action taker.
Has a ‘can do’ attitude and if don’t know something is driven to find the solution
Confident in themselves and loves to be challenged
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members
Exceptional organization skills to prioritize tasks and optimize productivity in a remote work environment.
Proficient in using a phone and laptop for remote work, including familiarity with various communication and productivity tools
Knowledge of personal development concepts is highly desirable
