At KFH we are looking for a Head of Marketing and Communications to join our Marketing and Communications team in Wimbledon. This is a fixed term contract position for 12 months due to maternity leave.

We manage over 15,000 residential and commercial units in different mixed-use schemes across 130 locations in London, with a combined portfolio worth £10 billion. In addition to this, we have one of the largest teams of qualified chartered surveyors and valuers in London and provide a whole range of services for corporate and private clients. You will report into our Group Operations Director.

Responsibilities of a head of marketing and communications include:

• Execute and progress the agreed strategy throughout the year, leveraging data to assess the impact of agreed activities and adapting to changing market conditions.
• Control the marketing spend in line with agreed budgets and produce MI on performance and ROI.
• Understand what the departments across the company do to bring success to the business and identify ways in which the marketing and communications team can support that activity.
• Provide leadership and motivate your team to achieve success through establishing clear expectations of performance, reviewing progress regularly.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure they continue to add value to both the function and the business.
• Act as a company ambassador to external and internal stakeholders, developing trusted relationships and ensuring best value is achieved.
• Deliver outcomes that jointly serve the commercial objectives of the business and the brand.
• Work cross-functionally across the business to deliver on key shared agendas and projects.
