Overview:
This position will report to our agency located in West Orange, NJ. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a part-time, remote position.
Grow With Us! The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships and service our team.
This position will report to our agency located in West Orange, NJ. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a part-time, remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Contributing to various team meetings
- Help create all sales and marketing materials for clients.
- Be on sales calls to understand marketing needs.
- Deal with account managers and brokers and what type of materials are needed.
- Contributing to a positive workplace environment
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School or bachelor’s degree
- Marketing background preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be good with technology and quick learner.
- Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration.
