Marketing Specialist, ISVPayments. People. Possibilities. Integrated payments experiences for software companies. Fiserv, Inc., a leading global provider of payments and financial services technology solutions, has a full-service partner program, payments engine, and integrated payments platform that serves software companies and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) building software across all kinds of industries. We offer everything an ISV would need to build, manage, and scale payment acceptance in a way that’s fully integrated with their software for a truly seamless customer experience.
What does a Marketing Specialist at Fiserv do?
You will use your experience within the payments industry, along with your creative, detective, and story-telling skills. As the role encompasses cross-functional marketing, relationship management experience with internal stakeholders and external partners is also essential. You'll perform partner marketing and product marketing.
What you will do:
- Support key projects and execute on growth marketing requests for ISV channel partners to help drive merchant adoption of integrated payments and increase presence of the ISV Partner Program.
- Develop and distribute marketing content, sales collateral, email campaigns, and lead generation; providing marketing support to our internal Partner Development Executives, Product teams, and external ISV partners to ultimately grow the ISV channel of Fiserv.
- Own/ execute marketing strategy for partners, with the goal of driving leads from their clients
- Develop and implement email campaigns that nurture prospects through the funnel
- Create co-branded landing pages and optimize the user experience
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar field
- 5 years of professional marketing experience with content, email, design, and websites
- Prior professional experience using marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo
What would be great to have:
- Prior professional experience using creative design software, such as Adobe products
Background in payments strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to perform under pressure and optimize resources
- Strong project management skills to hit deadlines and ensure success metrics are met
- Strong attention to detail in preparing project requirements to action digital campaigns
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
