About the role
To support the Customer Service and Sales Teams with all administrative duties.
Key Tasks
- Maintain our inhouse customer database.
- Onboard new customer accounts, this includes our web-based customers and supporting them through the activation process.
- Update existing accounts with new and relevant customer information including customer returns.
- Source and provide relevant information to support customers through the complaints process and general enquiries.
- Co-ordinate any customer queries to the correct department within the PHS Group and liaise with other areas of the business to fulfil all customer requirements.
- Day to day filing.
- Incoming and outgoing post.
- Meeting room bookings.
- Organise customer installation requests.
- Assist with any other activity/tasks that fit this role.
- Achieve customers SLA’s.
- Achieve KPI’s set.
Continuous Improvement
- Always looking to improve the customer’s experience.
- Focus on the root cause of problems and help identify ways to solve them.
Sales/Customer Culture
- Champion the sales strategy ensuring the customer is at the heart of what we do.
- Help to promote a culture of excellence in respect of quality, service and improvement.
Essential Requirements
Attention to detail, computer literacy and excellent data entry skills are essential for this role.
The successful applicant will be someone who achieves high standards of customer service at all times. You will be positive, flexible, self-motivated, and disciplined. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with both internal and external customers. Full training will be provided.
In return for your commitment and expertise, you will get:
- An annual basic salary of £12,801.97
- A permanent part time position of 22.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday, between 08.30am-17.00pm, no evenings or weekends).
