Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial, passionate marketer to join our growing Marketing team at Federal International. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and is part of the parent company team, working across all business units to support B2B marketing programs, internal communication and initiatives. This individual is a goal-oriented, self-starter with a collaborative working style who can help drive new marketing strategies and ideas that promote business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement brand standards & assets
  • Create and design marketing collateral and templates, and maintain master library
  • Conduct research on content ideas relevant to each business unit’s customer
  • Write and edit content for external digital platforms, both short -and long-form blogs / insights pieces, news articles, case studies, press releases or new product pages / features
  • Develop and post social media content on company channels
  • Update company website content and design, and assist with needed enhancements
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to build out the company’s CRM platform, including best practices and processes for both sales and marketing; marketing automation tools and campaigns; and tracking and measurement of performance for continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support external communications efforts, including PR / media inquiries, advertising and award submissions
  • Support internal communications efforts, including writing content for company Intranet sites and other announcements
  • Coordinate events, including trade shows and internal / external company meetings and townhalls
  • Collaborate with divisional personnel e.g. sales, engineering, procurement, etc. on marketing programs and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role; Experience in sustainability or manufacturing a plus.
  • Skilled at developing content ideas, writing both long -and short-form content pieces and defining the right distribution strategies and tactics.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator. Premiere Pro experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms and management tools
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously across different teams or business units
  • Ability to communicate with executive-level leaders and navigate different business cultures and working styles
  • Collaborative, team-player mentality with a desire to continually learn and improve ways of thinking / processes that help the company be more efficient and grow
  • Writing samples / creative portfolio / campaign samples required.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, namely HubSpot, a plus.
  • Experience with SEO and Google Analytics a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,876.78 - $61,270.96 per year
