Marketing and Communications Officer
Location: London
Salary: £37,653 - £38,934 per annum
Job Type: Hybrid (Mix of homeworking and 2 office days per week, typically Mondays & Thursdays, with some flexibility needed.)

The Role
They’re looking for a highly motivated Marketing and Communications Officer to join their collaborative Communications team. Providing support to teams across the company, you will deliver effective multi-channel marketing and communications activities to inform, engage and inspire their residents, partners, and staff. You’ll help them develop and maintain a positive and authentic brand, with a consistent tone of voice across print, digital and social channels.
Their ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role devising and delivering strategic communications plans, working as part of a team and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creativity, attention to detail, and exceptional writing and interpersonal skills are essential.
Qualifications
- GCSE English and Maths; or comparable/equivalent qualifications; or demonstrable experience in a similar role.

- Proactively manage a varied and demanding workload, meeting deadlines
- Work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels

- Used website content management systems, including WordPress
- Created a variety of social media content for different channels
- Created e-newsletters and e-marketing campaigns
- Worked in a similar role with a comparable level of responsibility
