Basnett Plumbing & Heating is family owned and operated HVAC and plumbing company serving communities of Littleton, MA, and nearby areas. We are growing and currently looking for a communicative and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. Job Duties:
- Coordinate marketing activities of the Company
- Create & manage internal marketing, including employee incentive contests
- Manage and create new ideas for internal marketing for maximum ROI
- Create and manage monthly marketing calendar
- Present marketing updates at weekly meetings
- Monitor and maintain inbound calls for accuracy and maximum ROI
- Be a liaison between the marketing agency and our Company aligning all the activities towards Company's marketing goals
- Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities
- Communicate with vendors, prospects, and clients
- Manage and respond to online reviews
- Track all marketing campaigns and metrics
- Administer all our social media, photography, and online marketing
- Develop marketing strategies for further business growth & development
- Work on TV ads and outdoor advertising
- Manage YouTube channel, including making videos at job sites, the office, events, etc
- Manage website and help in creating marketing materials
- Control inventory and coordinate the ordering of marketing supplies
Represent the Company at community events - Coordinate monthly newsletter mailing
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
Work Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday, there may be occasional events in the evenings or on weekends to attend
This position reports directly to the Owner.
Base Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly, depending on experience + Profitability Incentives!

Required Qualifications/Competencies:
- Must pass drug and background screens

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business is preferred
- Exceptional writing skills are a must!
- Ability to produce written and visual content
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience with social media analytics and ability to drive social media following and results
- Experience with photo and video editing
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
- Strong communication & presentation skills
