Clinic Assistant/Receptionist Needed - Cardiff
We are the Optimal Wellness Centre and we have been serving the people of Cardiff and beyond for nearly 13 years, helping them to regain and maintain their passion for life through Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Healthcare.
We are looking for the right person to look after our patients at the front desk and support our Practitioners. Our shifts include early mornings 7.30am start and evenings 8.30pm finish.
Our practice depends on this role so we need someone who is completely reliable. This is a part time job share role approx 16 hours per week however it is essential to have the flexibility to cover the holidays and unforeseen absence of your colleague which would be 37.5 hours in a week.
Someone who is caring, enthusiastic and interested in health and wellness is essential. You will be using your exceptional admin, computer, organisational, telephone and multi-tasking skills to provide excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.
You will be running a busy front of house with a wide range of duties including:
- Greeting patients and customers at the front desk
- Scheduling appointments for patients using our diary system
- Cleaning and general upkeep of the clinic
- Processing payments and cashing up
- Answering all telephone calls and email enquiries
- Outbound and inbound telephone calls
- Maintaining stock levels
- Maintenance of company website and social media
- Setting up marketing campaigns
- Anything else to ensure the smooth running of the practice
