Marketing Communications Manager Remote

RSK's Marketing and Communications team are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join their team. This is a full time role (40 hrs pw) which can be homebased.
You will be part of our central marketing and communications team and will work with Business Development Directors and marketing communications to develop and deliver multichannel plans for the sectors we serve.

Responsibilities include:
- Working with Business Development Directors, technical experts and Marcomms colleagues to develop sector specific multi-channel Marcomms plans.
- Lean on the expertise of teams across the Marcomms department to provide best possible guidance to BDD for multi-channel plans (events, media/thought leadership, social media etc), to ensure both business development and Marcomms objectives are aligned and met.
- Work with Marcomms Lead – Group Strategy to ensure annual M&C strategy and sectoral plans are aligned.
- Build on lessons learned across all outputs and channels, refreshing plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Review current sector-based messaging and ways in which they are communicated across internal and external channels. Ensure alignment with RSK Group level key messages.
Person Specification:
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Commercially focused with previous work experience in a similar role with strong background in B2B marketing communications
- Experience creating and delivering multi-channel Marcomms plans and campaigns
- Able to work within a virtual team but a self-starter and the ability to manage own priorities and workload
