Hotel Collingwood is recruiting for an enthusiastic and passionate Sales and Event Co-ordinator to join our dedicated team to continue to grow and develop the hotel and it's food and beverage operations.
Hotel Collingwood is located in Bournemouth a short walk from the BIC, the beach and the town centre. On going investment in the hotel is making it a unique and exciting place to work in the town centre.

You will be hospitality to the core, have a deep desire to share your passion and knowledge with your team and ensure that every guest receives the most amazing welcome, experiences fantastic service and looks forward to returning.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand requirements for each enquiry
- Hold meetings with clients and show them the venue
- Prepare sales-related documents, including proposals contracts and function sheets
- Prepare and hand over all event details for operations and kitchen to run the event successfully.
- Obtain feedback, resolve challanges before & during the event
- Conduct final checks at the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards
- Build relationships, plan ahead, be organised and creative.
- Evaluate event’s success & issue invoices
- Support the team at all times according to the needs of the business.
