Growth
The Growth team is responsible for defining and driving the execution of Planet’s Growth and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. Within our team we combine Go-To-Market strategy, Marketing, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales Consulting and Revenue Operations to grow Planet’s business and expand into new markets and customer segments. From top level strategy to operational excellence and execution. We design end-to-end customer acquisition journeys and drive high impact Go-To-Market motions at scale. We are natural team players, partnering closely with the Hospitality, Retail and Partner teams, Product, Operations and many others. We play to win and always put the customer first.
Growth

Role Overview:
In the last 12 months, we’ve transformed our Marketing function into a customer-centric, and commercially focused demand generation team. We’ve started to have a measurable impact on the growth of the business, and we are operating across a number of communication channels. For us to further improve message penetration and channel optimisation, we are looking to strengthen our corporate content production engine. We are looking for an individual who is skilled in highly creating engaging content for use across our platforms and channels.
What you will do:
- As one of our content champions, you will create, write and sign off highly engaging content and copy for our communication channels including social media, press and email
- Conduct research on trends, topics and competitor positioning to help shape our editorial and content calendar
- You will own Planet’s Linkedin channels and day-to-day management to drive forward the organic content strategy
- Report on content performance and consumption and derive insight for future content production
- Build a pipeline of content leveraging our corporate narrative, research, customer success stories and marketing calendar
- Develop best practice approach, templates, processes and systems
- Co-ordinate corporate content, messaging and campaigning with central editorial calendar to ensure consistency of themes and visibility across the function
Who You Are:
- Experience in storytelling and copy writing with an affinity to digital channels and social media
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new skills and technologies
- A team player and excellent communicator
- Ability to work on multiple projects and collaborate with colleagues across the business
- Problem solving mentality driven by delivering results and passionate about supporting the business grow
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Motivation to work in a fast-paced high growth environment
- A keen eye for detail and a sense of design and how to message to a target audience
