Providing invaluable support to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll help ensure the Aldi personality is always unique, powerful and consistent in the marketplace.

Providing knowledgeable and insightful support to the Marketing Manager in all areas of advertising and marketing, you’ll work with your colleagues to ensure that Aldi’s message is crystal clear. You’ll be a great multitasker, used to working in a high pressure, time sensitive environment and able to deliver on time and on budget to a high standard. You’ll also manage the accurate flow of information into (and out of) the department in an efficient and effective way.

Your New Role
Management of the Aldi UK Marketing Calendar- Develop and implement effective Marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales, leading to market share growth
- Work closely with creative and media agencies to ensure briefs are delivered on time and to budget
- Developing close relationships within the Marketing and wider MarComms function to deliver solutions that are on brand and within the agreed campaign frameworks
- Understanding customer needs and competitor behaviour – by analysing brand activity, watching the market, and making recommendations on creative developments
- Strong understanding of the business KPIs and objectives
- Monthly reporting and analysis, creating insight that drives change
About You
Current experience working in a fast-paced marketing team, either for a marketing agency or in-house- Good understanding and experience of managing, delivering, and reporting of marketing campaigns
- Understanding of creative, strategic and media agencies
- Strong interpersonal and agency management skills
- Must be detail orientated, deadline driven and able to multi-task
- Excellent communication and project management skills, not afraid to challenge and ask questions
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Confident communicator in both written and spoken communications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
What You’ll get in Return
Salary starting £34,690 rising to £40,510- 12-month fixed term contract
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
