Providing invaluable support to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll help ensure the Aldi personality is always unique, powerful and consistent in the marketplace.

We have a fantastic opportunity available for an Internal Communications Assistant to join our team at the Aldi Head Office in Atherstone. The position is a fixed term contract to cover a 12-month period.
Working collaboratively with Buying, eCommerce, HR and various other project teams you will be responsible for communicating messages, projects and initiatives to our colleagues in the UK and Ireland.

Your New Role
Liaising and building strong relationships with Key Stakeholders of all levels across the business- Facilitating strong relationships with our agencies to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of materials produced
- Assisting with the creation of project briefs and communications
- Supporting Aldi on large-scale National events
- Monitoring and controlling adherence to all deadlines
- Continuous improvement within role, simplifying processes and operations to maximise efficiencies
- Supporting the delivery of the departmental strategy
- Assisting with the creation of internal videos, from script writing, to filming and managing creative agencies
About You
Previous experience in Internal Communications role- Experience with filming, camera equipment and editing short business videos
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail
- Able to investigate, analyse and challenge appropriately
- Able to manage a varied workload, conflicting deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work individually and as part of a wider team
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and able to use initiative
- Good Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
What You’ll get in Return
Salary starting £34,690 rising to £40,510- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
