THE ROLE:
We have an exciting and unique opening for a fantastic Marketing, Communications and Contents Co-Ordinator at Tapi. We’re responsible for branding through brilliant creative, integrated channel advertising, promotions, PR and Social Media. And we’re looking for a highly experienced person to manage fast-paced, complex marketing projects. This is a pivotal role in the business and requires a highly organised person with meticulous attention to detail and a progressive, solution-oriented approach.
Your big responsibilities:
- You must be proactive and able to work under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders, whilst remaining calm and in control.
- You will be a highly proficient and seasoned user of well know project management platforms and have the ability to learn and use other new systems and technology with ease.
- You will plan the briefs received and the workflow for the creative team ensuring the creative team understand the brief and will consistently deliver outstanding work to tight deadlines. Creative projects include email, web assets, digital screens, web landing pages, store signage, store fixtures and fittings, display stands, photography, store POS, ticketing & labelling, print and digital magazines and leaflets.
- You will plan and co-ordinate lifestyle photography using our external studio for new product launches. And you will supply resized photos for our SEO content articles.
- You will support the Brand & Communications Director with the Marketing plan & production for; local advertising, TV, Radio, PR, Social Media and Influencer projects.
- You will support the Brand & Communications Director with additional administration projects such as local media planning for new store launches and supporting with the process of buying media and briefing the creative.
- You will also support by updating the marketing alignment and content planner to coordinate seasonal creative and messaging.
- You will support UGC, Influencers, Photography and Film.
- Support the Brand & Communication Director in delivering adhoc projects such as new in-store music and support with Radio recordings.
- You will have honed your craft in a retail marketing OR agency environment and thrive on working in a dynamic environment with like-minded people who are extremely talented and passionate about what they do across marketing communications. You will also deliver on point assets, aiming for ‘first time’ sign off from the Brand & Communications Director.
ABOUT YOU
Must haves:
- You’ll be a planner, doer and make it happener.
- Highly organised with flawless attention to detail.
- You’ll need to have an acute eye for detail and accuracy.
- You’ll be super-organised, proactive, forward thinking and able to take responsibility.
- Confident and comfortable at working in a fast paced environment, able to work at speed maintaining the highest standards.
- You should possess demonstrable experience working in retail central offices or agency side and wanting to step over to brand.
- You’ll be brilliant at process, administration and reporting.
- Good Microsoft office skills especially word and excel.
- Solid experience in taking a project from initial to completion.
- Ability to oversee, delegate and co-ordinate a team workflow across varying deadlines and budgets.
Nice to haves:
- Adobe software knowledge – creative suite, InDesign, photoshop and illustrator.
- Fabulous interpersonal skill and confidence to seek answers/follow up.
- Store (retail) or operational experience.
