What exactly will you be doing?
In this role, you’ll plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns for both B2C and B2B audiences, with a particular focus on promoting qualifications, events and training. You’ll demonstrate your strong copywriting skills and marketing expertise to produce effective campaign pages, emails, direct mail, video and other campaign assets. This will involve briefing and working alongside the Design, UX, Online Community, PR, Events and Content teams to ensure a coordinated approach. You’ll report on performance and make recommendations for future activity.
You’ll also produce engaging communications that support our customers, such as regular email newsletters.
Major objectives
- Delivering effective multi-channel marketing campaigns to various AAT customers, ranging from students to employers.
- Promoting qualifications, events and training to help our customers reach their career goals
- Ensuring customer insight, feedback and research is utilised to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Delivering engaging communications that ensure the AAT brand is respected and valued.
What are we looking for?
- A confident, enthusiastic marketer with strong customer focus and brand awareness.
- Solid experience in producing insight-based, results-driven marketing campaigns.
- An effective team player with excellent communication skills, able to quickly build strong relationships.
- Ability to deliver campaigns on time and on budget, taking a creative yet data-driven approach.
- Excellent copywriting abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in using email service providers such as HubSpot.
- Experience in events promotion, or producing campaigns relating to education, training or professional development is desirable but not essential.
