Location: Flexibly remote from one of our UK hubs (Bristol, Edinburgh, Harrogate, London, Manchester or Oxford)

Key responsibilities:

  • Member of the Anthesis Digital and Education Working Groups, taking a leadership role as required
  • Support the development of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, including competitor analysis, internal communication plans, pricing structures, branding etc
  • Work closely with regional GTM leads and client managers as needed to ensure the global rollout for digital product lines, including digital education, is optimised for each territory
  • Work in collaboration with the software development team on solution development and UX design
  • Ensure all solutions are cohesively launched with the relevant materials, key messages, branding, trademarks, and assets developed
  • Work with external suppliers or internal design teams to develop digital collateral, such as videos or guides, to support the launch of products
  • Ensure all Anthesis Digital and Education content is positioned correctly on the Anthesis website and kept up to date
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for Anthesis Digital and Education solutions, working with stakeholders for content, direction and narrative
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team globally for consistency of message and branding
  • Work with Client Discovery on lead generation and contact conversion through NetSuite and HubSpot, and deal with inbound enquiries
  • Brief in campaigns to the Global Digital Executive and Global SEO and Website Executive for social media and SEO/Website support, respectively
  • Develop internal collateral to support colleagues in understanding our new solutions as well as providing guidance on which channels to use such as Pulse Sessions, The Wire content, SharePoint Resource content
  • Design new initiatives and collaborations that position Anthesis as an authority in Digital & Education
  • Develop client success case studies, from drafting to client approvals
  • Work with Global PR Manager on opportunities in the media and awards to highlight Anthesis’ strengths in Digital & Education

Summary of role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join Anthesis in a newly developed role in response to the business’ accelerated focus on Digital and Education platforms and solutions. This role will work across the portfolio of solutions within Anthesis Digital, Anthesis’ hub for climate-related technology and digital learning capabilities. Through Anthesis Digital, clients can benefit from best-in-class solutions for supply chain reporting and compliance, product footprinting impacts, sustainable cities with purpose-led KPIs, market-specific reporting, climate risk and investment planning, and intelligent and reliable market insights.


The Business Partner will work closely with many different teams within Anthesis (Software/UX, Digital, Education, Legal/Risk, Client Discovery, and Marketing) and should be skilled in stakeholder engagement. Experienced in juggling multiple projects, the Business Partner will be responsible for driving and supporting the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and ongoing functionality advancements across all product lines. This role reports to the Global Head of Marketing & Communications in London and will be a member of the global marketing team (currently 12+ persons) and collaborate closely with regional marketing managers and global discipline leads for SEO, Social and PR.

Key requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Proven development of marketing strategies surrounding product development. Past experience in digital product marketing is essential
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data, metrics and product research
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrable passion for, and commitment to, improving sustainability;
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills with demonstrated ability to independently manage many ongoing priorities and associated tasks with varying deadlines;
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills;
  • At least 2 years’ experience with CRM and Marketing Automation software (HubSpot experience is a plus);
  • Positive, enthusiastic and collaborative team player
