We are looking for an experienced marketer to develop customer-focused, data-driven plans that drive our relationship with researchers and authors. This position will deliver KPIs like article submissions, revenue, readership growth, and society satisfaction. In addition, you will create compelling go-to-market strategies for a portfolio of journal brands across Health Science. We are looking for a results-oriented person who thrives in a collaborative work environment.
How you will make an impact:
- Develop and implement brand awareness and lead generation strategies to establish, maintain, or improve the position of the HS portfolio.
- Develop effective product positioning, messaging, and market entry strategies and deliver effective campaign and program briefings.
- Provide marketing support and solutions across various subject areas within the HS portfolio.
- Communicate effectively with the editorial product teams about marketing results and best practices.
- Maintain and improve internal and external customer relationships.
- Review market intelligence, market research and competitor behaviour to understand customer needs better and identify areas where Wiley can deliver article growth and market share gains.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the marketing organization to deliver marketing programs on journal, subject and society goals.
We are looking for people who:
- Have a background in marketing
- Understand what makes a great marketing campaign- from proposition and messaging to choice of channels, and will demonstrate this throughout their portfolio.
- Love problem-solving and demonstrates a proactive approach.
- Can use their experience managing high-profile relationships to influence, negotiate and navigate difficult situations.
- Have some experience in account management
