Position Summary
The Creative Marketing Manager will be responsible for the creative design and implementation of brand collateral, creative, social, and other marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be one seeking an opportunity to grow and develop Thrive’s brand within the marketplace and obsessed with managing a clear and intentional brand voice. This role will report directly to the SVP of Commercial and have a key influence in developing Thrive’s marketing department and brand direction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives and content creation
- Maintain the Thrive brand identity and ensure consistency across channels
- Ensure quality and consistency of creative projects
- Identify strategic brand opportunities and plan/execute campaigns
- Provide recommendations for enhancing the company brand standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners
- Create marketing concepts that align with the Thrive brand
- Ensure the use and distribution of all marketing support materials are relevant and correct to include industry websites, aircraft flyers, website, sales CRM, quoting software, etc.
- Support development and management of branded collateral for various departments and channels
- Represent the company in a professional manner at trade shows and industry/marketing events
- You may be required to work or be available via phone and/or e-mail at irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- You may be required to travel in this position, up to 40% of the time including out-of-state and overnight travel, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

The person in this position needs to be able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. There is a constant operation of a telephone and computer. The employee may be lifting up to 15 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust and focus.

Experience & Qualifications
The most successful candidate in the position will meet most, if not all, of the following criteria.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong graphic design skills
- Proficient in relevant graphic and collateral design programs (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experienced with creative and digital asset management systems
- Strong understanding of branding and brand voice management
- Experience in general marketing tactics, web and social media management
- Luxury, charter sales, or similar HNW-targeted product experience preferred
- Solution oriented – presents a problem with a suggested solution.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills through taking accountability and ownership
- Proven to work effectively in a team environment or independently
- Detail obsessed with a proven ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a changing environment
- The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Must work well under pressure and be able to multitask
- Be willing to work during off-hours, weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Demonstrate broad knowledge of the functional area. Exercise independent judgment
