The Essence of The Role
Reporting directly into the CEO and managing a Marketing Executive, you will be a driven, dynamic and creative brand marketer. You will manage the strategy for both UK and international, within a 360 role from email and events to social and PR. It is crucial that you are dynamic, equal parts commercial and creative, and ready to drive the business forward.
Scope of Marketing Manager role
· Develop, implement, execute and review the 360 marketing strategy, including P&L responsibility
· Strong understanding of SEO, CRM, Google Analytics, Microsoft Applications etc
· Understand and convey the brand voice effectively across multiple channels
· Work cross functionally and collaborate with other departments such as Customer Service
· Comfortable and confident in loosely structured environments
Prerequisites
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience within a fast-paced B2B marketing position
- Industry experience (membership, SAAS etc) would be highly desirable
- International marketing experience would be a plus

Position Description:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the marketing efforts for the company. This individual will be responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies and tactics to effectively market the company’s products and services. This position will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring marketing plans and campaigns to reach out to current and prospective customers. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the marketing program including hiring of employees, training, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong desire to make a difference in the world of Automotive.
Responsibilities:
·Develop, implement, and measure marketing strategies and tactics to effectively market the company’s products and services
·Develop strategic plans to reach out to current and prospective customers through direct mail, web presence, networking, trade shows, etc.
·Create content for trade shows, trade shows events, web presence, etc. (e-newsletters, product demonstrations etc.)and distribute via e-mail or other mediums as needed
·Analyze sales data to determine where sales are being made or lost and develop strategies to reverse these trends
·Measure sales performance against goals (ROI) and track progress towards sales quotas
·Analyze current marketing channels (print, social media etc.)and develop next steps to increase sales conversion or audience growth
·Coordinate all aspects of the marketing program including hiring of employees, training, etc.
·Report directly to the CEO/President as this position reports directly to the CEO
