Marketing Manager - Alderley Edge (Hybrid Working) - £40,000 - Property
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wants to take on a challenge, having fun whilst doing it! Our client has offices around the world, but this role will be located in a stylish village in Cheshire, which is less than 30 minutes from Manchester City Centre!
Our client is the UK’s fastest growing property developer; therefore, they are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join their team and deliver high quality marketing campaigns to tight deadlines! You will be an integral part of the business, where you will have the opportunity to shape the marketing team and progress in your career!
Roles and Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager
- Overall marketing strategy management that drives brand awareness, drive retention and acquisition
- Work across multichannel
- Online marketing strategy looking at the best ways of implementing organic and digital.
- Create excellent CRM marketing strategies
- Manage local marketing partnerships through the engagement of educational bodies and universities and local events
- Create a robust organic social media strategy to drive quality traffic
- Manage a strong team as well as stakeholders, external agencies and clients
- Manage the marketing budget, achieving the best return on investment
- Someone who can keep the brand fresh and on trend with their target audience
- Manage a rebrand + launch and deliver the new brand and mission statement
Skills and Attributes
- Experience of successfully managing CRM and Social media strategies
- Experience of managing data, budgets, reporting and forecasting
- Good English language and copywriting skills
- Can work with and build strong relationships with internal marketing and digital agencies
- Commercially savvy, passionate about marketing and driven to succeed with ambitious brand expectations
- Someone who can keep the brand fresh and on trend with their target audience
- Creative and up to date on the latest advances in the organic and digital marketing and their impact on strategy
