The Role
Less about us, more about you.
We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. As a social agency, no day is the same. You’ve probably read ‘fast-paced’ on a lot of job boards, and we’re about to say it again: it’s a fast-paced environment, but that also means faster learnings, more experiences and quicker development.
We need someone who can lead and implement our marketing strategy to help us achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B marketing and be able to create effective marketing plans that deliver results. We are looking for a sales-focused individual but someone who ideally has experience marketing a b2b brand across a high growth sector such as ad tech sales, influencer marketing or a fast-growth platform.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for (but not be limited to):
● Developing and implementing the company's overall marketing strategy, in line with our business objectives.
● Leading and building a marketing team to ensure they are delivering on their responsibilities.
● Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients and external partners.
● Overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and more.
● Using data to make informed decisions and continually improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
● Managing the marketing budget and ensuring ROI targets are achieved.
● Driving the creation of engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
● Developing and managing events, such as breakfasts, panel discussions and other types of thought leadership events.

Here’s what we’ll need from you as our new Marketing Manager:
● Proven experience as a senior Marketer, preferably in a B2B environment.
● Strong knowledge of marketing tactics and strategies, with experience in creating successful marketing plans.
● Commercial mindset and ability to work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
● Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, with a focus on delivering results.
● Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
● Experience with events, including planning and execution.
● Strong organisational and project management skills.
● An understanding of social media and a natural curiosity for the industry.
Some Specifics
● Start Date: ASAP
● Salary:Will be disclosed before first stage interview
● Time: 40 hours, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
● Location: Borough, London (hybrid - 2 days in the office per week)
● Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
