In Summary...
We're looking for a confident digital marketer who has proven experience in designing, implementing and measuring email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention. A team player, able to work alongside brand and growth teams, we’re looking for someone who can really bring experience and ideas to this marketing area. This role reports into our Chief Growth Officer.
What does the role involve?...
Overall responsibility for our ad-hoc and automated email campaigns.
Maintaining overall strategy for email, and coordination with other marketing activity.
Designing, leading and implementing all email campaigns across acquisition, loyalty, upsell, product launches and brand.
Reviewing and measuring all campaigns, continually looking for improvement and optimisation opportunities.
Ensuring best use of our platform, Klaviyo and others that we might use.
Generating creative ideas for new campaigns to drive engagement.
Monitoring competitors to learn best practices and benchmarking.
Regular reporting to the CGO and wider team to drive the maximum growth impact.
Working with brand and creative teams to land brand campaigns and ensure all activity is on brand.
Implementing our plans to drive overall retention and loyalty.
Executing our expansion into other engagement channels (e.g. SMS, Web messaging, On-site personalisation)
You will need/be...
Experienced using Klaviyo, including advanced product features such as conditional template logic, dynamic content, and behaviour-based automation,
Experienced in email marketing, engagement and retention - we’re looking for someone who can bring tangible examples, results and experience to help us raise our game. Minimum 2 years experience.
Experience managing large databases (100k+ and multiple campaigns & flows).
Experience in direct-to-consumer services, especially subscription or consumer goods would be ideal.
A driven, ambitious individual who’s looking to continue to build their career at an exciting, fast-growing company.
Commercial, analytical mindset, bringing curiosity and a drive for results via post-campaign analysis and a command of the data. Excel experience is a plus.
Able to multitask, work at speed, and be comfortable in a startup environment.
Able to work both independently but is also a team player, naturally able to work with design, marketing and growth teams.

Applicants must have current work authorisation in the UK.
The role will start as remote working but may involve regular travel to meet up with team members, so the ability to travel to London and the South-East is ideal.
