What the role is about:
We are looking for a Growth Consultant (Marketing Consultant) who has a range of experience across inbound marketing and CRM strategy to join the team and help our clients get the most from their marketing efforts.
You'll be joining a close-knit team delivering sprints for clients, and there is plenty of room to grow.
- Launching and managing new client campaigns
- Delivering consistently high-quality strategic & training support to clients
- Develop and deliver inbound marketing strategies focusing on the clients key objectives
- Work to hit key objectives for client growth
- Delivering Monthly & Quarterly reporting for clients
- Implement and maintain Hubspot systems, advising on best practices
- Knowledge of integration capabilities
- Work across a multi-talented team
You should have:
- 2+ years digital marketing experience
- Worked in a B2B agency with a focus on Tech & Professional Service clients
- A passion for inbound marketing (content, social, SEO)
- A good understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1+ years Experience with Hubspot CRM systems
- Data driven mindset with the ability to relay information to key stakeholders in a simple manner
- Able to offer advice and support to more junior team members
- Good energy & Positive Attitude
- Experience leading projects and engaging with clients
- Basic understanding of paid methods
- Knowledge of RevOps
- Understanding of Conversational marketing
You will excel in this role if you also:
- Have a technological mindset and a drive to show how data can be leveraged to improve experiences
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Growth mindset and always looking to experiment with new tools
- Are HubSpot certified (as a nice to have)
- Are google certified (as a nice to have)
