Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are currently seeking a Registered Nurse with experience of working within the Radiography department to join their team on a full time basis until August 2023. Shift pattern for this role will be Monday to Friday working 8am to 5pm.

What you will be responsible for
· Be responsible and accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients and his/her relatives without direct supervision according to level of competency.
· Develop skills at interpreting complex clinical information, responding to changes promptly and appropriately and developing specialised plans of care for radiology patients.
· Following training be able to care and scrub for all diagnostic and interventional procedures.
· Recognise the nurses role in health education and incorporate this function within clinical practice.
The role will involve, but not limited to you performing the above.
You will have the following qualification/experience:
· A minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Registered Nurse in the Radiology department of a UK hospital within the last 3 years.
· Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
· Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines
· Undertake regular mandatory training*
*Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
