Job Description
As a growth marketing manager at Sapiens, you will build and develop Sapiens’ marketing funnel for Sapiens’ diverse product lines. You will work strategically to create and implement demand generating marketing programs in North America and globally, across multiple channels, ad networks and funnel stages.
Main responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing and product strategy organizations to deliver effective omnichannel account-based marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing and sales leads to identify and define the ideal customer profile, buyer personas and market opportunities across the various verticals and lines of business.
- Crystalize the messaging towards the different personas and buyer roles for each of Sapiens’ products together with the regional marketing directors, based on through understanding of buyers’ pains and needs.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance, message, creative, and buyer journey per campaign performance, in order to deliver highly effective and converting PPC and email campaigns. Own campaign analytics and reporting.
- Develop full funnel B2B demand generating strategies, from very top funnel awareness, through solution and need awareness, all the way to converted high quality MQLs and campaign ROI.
- Closely collaborate with sales, SDRs and BDRs to provide air cover account and person based ad campaign that help push prospects through the funnel and buyer journey.
- You will be measured based on high-fit, high-intent MQLs, campaign performance and execution skills, as well as team spirit and can-do aptitude.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in online marketing in the B2B technology space, ideally in growth/demand generation roles.
- Strong understanding in B2B funnels of technology companies, buyer personas and ABX.
- Very good project management skills.
- Communicative, initiative, collaborative and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and production dependencies, including working with creative teams.
- Good understanding of SEO and web.
- Excellent knowledge of AdTech, MarTech and SalesTech. Experience working with SEO and PPC agencies, as well as various ABM platforms.
- Keen eye for details.
