We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who can bring to our team their knowledge and experience in demand generation leveraging content strategy and SEO to increase engagement, growth, and traffic to our site in the B2B market segment. The MM is also responsible for campaign web page development, web updates, blog management, keyword and meta-data maintenance related to campaign objectives/market, and organic social creative and execution collaborating with other CMMs as it relates to the overall product portfolio. They will report to the Manager of Strategic Marketing.
This will be a critical role that will work closely with the Manager of Strategic Marketing to increase customer value, generate leads and revenue, and build market awareness of Pearson Clinical to support meeting and exceeding revenue objectives.

Qualifications
- 5+ years marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- International marketing experience preferred
- Background in the Education and or Healthcare market preferred
- Bi-lingual preferred but not required (English/French)
- Highly motivated, organized, and accountable individual with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Proven success in demand generation and content strategy
- Working knowledge of CASL and all privacy laws
- Experience with content authoring and ecommerce tools (AEM, Hybris, etc.)
- Experience using marketing automation platforms with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, and Salesforce Reporting
- Demonstrated work with cross functional teams
- Creative and passionate about marketing and its impact on our market and customers
- Significant experience and demonstrated success with multi-project integrations
- Digital marketing campaign development experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and efficiently manage their own time as part of virtual teams
- Experience working with project management systems (Asana, Jira, Wrike)
- Experience working with field sales teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
- Work closely with the CMMs to develop thought leadership content with the goal of driving consistent content to the site.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Content Strategy:
- Ensure all web content aligns with SEO strategy and paid search efforts
- Manage organic social channels by working closely with the CMMs on content strategy to drive engagement and increase followers
Website:
- Building forms to capture lead generation that comply with Canada rules and regulations around opt-in.
- Build strategies to help CMMs with customer segmentation and targeting
- Responsible for web site content and keywords to drive better page rankings related to campaign/product marketing materials, including such items as digital assets, product collateral, case studies/success stories, and thought leadership content.
- Work with the Creative Services team, freelancers, internal subject matter experts and other vendors as needed to develop approved design/content assets that meet brand guidelines and drive engagement.
- Google analytics tracking and reporting
Webinars/Events:
- Manage logistics related to hosting webinars.
- Build campaign web pages, forms for registration, and on-demand hosting to drive lead gen.
- Ensure the content is optimized to drive registrations for the particular theme/topic.
Relationships:
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners as assigned
- Collaborate with Pearson International marketing teams as needed
