Role Summary
The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in propelling our brand across various platforms such as TikTok, Amazon, Shopify, YouTube, and more. Given the creative license, you’ll develop, maintain and enhance our marketing strategies, ensuring international alignment. This role is rife with opportunities for professional evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- TikTok Management
- Cultivate a compelling brand presence on TikTok.
- Engage with creative agencies and affiliates to generate influential content.
- Guarantee the alignment of marketing strategies and targets between the UK and USA.
- Scrutinise TikTok analytics to amplify engagement and conversions.
- Amazon Marketing
- Leverage your knowledge of Amazon’s marketplace to boost sales and optimise listings.
- Develop and oversee A+ content that resonates with our audience and augments the brand.
- Monitor and adjust Amazon advertising campaigns based on data to optimise ROI.
- Shopify Oversight
- Partner with the SEO, PPC, and website teams to optimise our Shopify site for search and conversions.
- Propel eCommerce strategies to enrich customer experience and enhance sales.
- Monitor site performance, proactively suggesting and executing improvements.
- YouTube Strategy
- Establish and implement a robust YouTube marketing strategy to elevate brand visibility.
- Collaborate with partners and influencers to produce compelling content.
- Email Marketing
- Design and sustain an email marketing calendar.
- Strategise email campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
- Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Google for PPC and SEO strategies.
- Execute quick edits on Adobe Express and Photoshop.
- Navigate the Mirakl platform backend for seamless integration with Sephora and Superdrugs.
- Oversee the creation and optimisation of product listings.
- Devise innovative PR campaigns and organise events in the UK and USA.
- Engage with the Indian marketing team to oversee brand marketing strategies in India.
- Recruit, nurture and manage a global agency and an in-house team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty sector.
- Strong expertise in TikTok, Amazon (including A+ content creation), Shopify, YouTube, Email Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Express, Photoshop and Mirakl platform backend.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
