Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at McQueens Flowers. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, attract high-end clientele, and promote our exceptional floral services.
This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the luxury market and a passion for creating memorable experiences through the power of flowers. Being responsible for working with executives to determine budgets and targets, and often charged with developing pricing strategies for products and services this job holder must be a great business leader as well as great marketing leader. This role will require the jobholder to create marketing campaigns which reflect the luxury brand of McQueens Flowers, showcasing our strengths and pointing us in the right direction to align with industry trends.
This individual must be creative and innovative, with the ability to research and analyse market trends to allow strategic practices to be put in place to grow the company.
Duties:
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify key target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for growth in the luxury floral events industry.
· Create compelling marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing initiatives, to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
· Manage the company's digital presence, including website, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and high-quality content.
· Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually stunning marketing materials, such as brochures, catalogues, videos, and presentations.
· Coordinate and oversee the organization's participation in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to maximize brand exposure and establish partnerships.
· Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, influencers, and strategic partners to secure press coverage and partnerships that enhance brand reputation.
· Stay informed about industry trends, luxury market dynamics, and competitive landscape to proactively identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
· Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
Requirements:
· Relevant experience in marketing, together with the potential and attitude required to learn
· Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
· Strong understanding in luxury markets
· Experience in marketing within related industries
· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
· Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns
· Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
· A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
· BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
