Stock Controller - Bamford Wellness Spa & The Club by Bamford
Our beautiful Bamford Wellness Spa and The Club in the heart of the Cotswolds are looking for a talented and highly motivated Stock Controller to join the team.
40 hours a week, £25,000 per annum DOE, plus great benefits.
As our Stock Controller (across the SPA and the Club), you will be responsible of managing the proper rotation of goods according to company regulations.To support the Retail Operations in all the responsibilities regarding the warehouse and the Store. Moreover, to deal with sales and therefore support the Sales Staff in order to maximize sales.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure to properly manage the daily goods receipt, to arrange the merchandise following the corporate procedures, checking and preparing the product to be taken on the sales floor and/or special areas.
- Ensure the safety of the products and the valuable material in the warehouse during the whole handling process.
- Assure the right product flow tracking through internal system.
- Always maintain order in the stock rooms, back of house areas and storage areas according to the corporate standards.
- Guarantee the returns, shop-to-shop transfers, client direct delivery following the corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Provide the orders of packaging material according to the store needs.
- Ensure smooth running of the retail back house day-to-day operations and Support Retail Operations in monitoring and maintaining accurate stock inventory.
- Responsible for receiving all incoming retail deliveries, checking inventory is accurate, investigating discrepancies with Head of Retail Operations.
- Managing consumables/professional stock.
- Maintaining clear and precise inventory control records.
- Ensuring a high standard of organization for the back of house and shop floor stock cupboards - all inventory to be stored methodically, barcoded in a pristine environment.
- Carry out weekly cycle counts and input data entry into internal systems.
- Ensuring that quarterly stock takes are lead, organise and the Stock controller is responsible for the count, report and analysis shared of these stocktakes.
- Responsible for carrying out back of house processes in lead up to seasonal sales, new season launches and stock transfers back of house internally.
- Work in accordance with health and safety standards, escalating any concerns directly to management.

REQUIREMENTS
- Pevious working experience in a similar role (ideally in Luxury Retail)
- Good use of the English language, written and verbal
- Previous knowledge of excel systems
- Organized and methodical working
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- Flexibility and teamwork
