Job Description
The selected candidate will join the North American Group Retirement (GR) marketing team in charge of strategies and initiatives that target existing clients who provide their employees with a world-class GR program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing plans that align with business objectives and the overarching marketing strategy.
- Drive the creation and implementation of cutting-edge marketing strategies to set Manulife's Group Retirement (GR) apart in the marketplace.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing plans and large-scale projects from concept to completion, including crafting compelling messages, creating engaging content, and utilizing impactful digital and social strategies.
- Measure the success of marketing initiatives through ROI assessments and post-implementation reviews, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance across Manulife’s matrix organization.
- Champion continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
Job Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a marketing-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, with preference given to candidates with 7-10 years of experience.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing memorable marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge and experience in digital and social marketing tactics and strategies.
- In-depth understanding of the financial services industry is a plus.

Primary Location
Salary range is expected to be between
$82,500.00 CAD - $148,500.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact [email protected] for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
