Key Responsibilities
- Guest Welcome: Welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly greeting as they enter the restaurant. Create a positive first impression and make them feel valued and appreciated.
- Order Assistance: Assist guests with placing orders, navigating through self-serve kiosks, answering questions about menu items, and providing recommendations suited to the customer's needs. Ensure that customers have a smooth and satisfying ordering experience.
- Clean and Organised Environment: Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting customer dining area. Wipe down tables, chairs, and counters regularly to provide a comfortable space for customers to enjoy their meals.
- Accuracy: Coordinate with the team to ensure that guests orders are accurately prepared and promptly delivered to the correct tables or designated pickup areas.
- Seating Assistance: Help customers find suitable seating options and ensure that tables are set up neatly.
- Customer Enquiries: Address guest enquiries, concerns, and feedback in a polite and professional manner. As a customer care assistant, you will ensure that any concerns are dealt with appropriately and the guest leaves happy to return.
- Beverage and Condiment Station: Keep beverage and condiment stations fully stocked, organised, clean and discarding of any waste. Ensure that customers have access to a variety of necessary condiments.
- Sanitation Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations by following proper sanitation and hygiene practices. Regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including assisting customers, cleaning, restocking supplies, and attending to any urgent needs in the customer dining area.
- Restrooms: Ensuring the restrooms are well stocked and clean for our guests.
