We are looking for a highly organised L&D Administrator to support the L&D Coordinator and wider People team during this busy period of growth.

What will you do?
- Support the L&D Coordinator with administering all aspects of training and learning. Such as; LMS administration, on boarding, Welcome, Training, Study support, Training attendance, Reporting, data analysis and Managing spend.
- Manage and maintain the company's Learning Management System (LMS), including system configuration, user account creation, and monitoring a review schedule for content management.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for LMS users, including resolving technical difficulties and providing guidance on how to use the system.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the LMS, including user account administration, course upload, course archive/deletion, reporting and tracking.
- Make all arrangements for new colleague Day 1 ‘Welcome’, liaise with Managers to ensure an extended Welcome Plan is in place
- Ensure accurate records are kept of attendance to all training related activities
- Issue and follow-up completion of training evaluation following any learning activity
- Administer Study Support Agreements and maintain repayment expiry records
- Coordinate study groups as required

- Ability to work at pace, plan, prioritise, use own initiative and meet multiple deadlines
