We are working with a leading global provider of B2B events, news and insights. They are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to work on a new digital division of their business, which services the gambling industry. You will report into the Senior Marketing Lead and will primarily be responsible for managing paid campaigns, with an emphasis on LinkedIn. You will work closely with the Marketing Operations team and will regularly report back on results to the SLT.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and data led performance marketer who would like to make their mark. The digital division of the business has huge potential and this role will play a key role in the ongoing success of it.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, LTV and ROI
- Attend calls with clients and advise them on the outcomes of banner advertising campaigns
- Establish and grow other acquisition channels, such as SEO, email and affiliates
- Collect and leverage insights and data in order to develop tactics and reach new audiences
- Stay up to date on new trends and regulations within the marketing and gambling industry
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a B2B performance marketing role, with expertise in paid campaigns and lead generation
- Advanced user of Google Analytics
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn advertising
- A data led and analytical approach
- Experience working for an agency, consultancy, adtech or martech business is preferred, but not essential
- Knowledge of SEO and email marketing would be a plus

- £45-50K base + 10% bonus
