Marketing Manager
Lightning Fibre is the leading local alternative network for Full Fibre broadband in East Sussex. We are headquartered in Eastbourne where our existing broadband network is. Our broadband network has the ability to supply everyone with not just 1 Gigabit broadband but with multi Gigabits and not just download either, uploads too.
We are a community orientated network operator, whose aim is to significantly upgrade our regions broadband infrastructure, providing local jobs and acting as a vital enabler to grow our digital local economy, thereby creating further quality jobs. Lightning Fibre has bold plans afoot with Eastbourne and Hastings at the forefront.
Our Marketing Manager promotes the company's services and brand, with the ultimate goal of generating interest (leads) in our product. You’ll be adept at using a variety of platforms, including social media and Google Analytics.

About the Role
● Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives/outcomes;
● Produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines (InDesign / Design)
● Manage stock levels of all collateral;
● Photography (informal and informal);
● Generating and executing marketing campaigns (organic and paid) with effective and engaging content across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc;
● Website SEO and CRO;
● Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools and also presenting this data in a meaningful and easy to understand format;
● Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press, radio or TV as appropriate to the product or service, in line with agreed budgets;
● Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters etc;
● Liaising with external event organisers to maximise our visibility at trade events, including creation of any materials required and attending the events, often at weekends;
● Attending events to get promo photos and establish relationships with stakeholders;
● Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for our services;
● Write and edit content for print or online;
● Manage Website Agency;
● Manage Videography Agency;
● Manage TV Ad Production Agency and AdSmart Account (TV);
● Manage PPC Agency;
● Manage Marketing Executive.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00 per year
