Reporting to the Managing Director this marketing role is significant within the business as it is focussed on digital growth plans across the business along with all marketing and engagement projects. Role Requirements
- Essential to have experience in maintaining a company website.
- The ability to prioritise workload and to work accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have worked in a similar role previously
- Live within commutable distance to Loughborough
- Previous experience of digital marketing is essential
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies with key stakeholders.
- Experience of WordPress
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling content and visuals.
- SEO optimisation and website content management.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the target market.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing objectives are met.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media campaigns.
