Hobson Prior are looking for a Marketing Manager to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Weybridge. Our client is focused on treating people in crucial conditions who need emergency care and suffer from rare illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will cooperate with others, in the spirit of assistance and collaboration, with any other functions in the organisation and broader group to fulfil commercial division's objectives and targets.
• Arrange UK resources through medical approval and ABPI compliance certification.
• Responsible for developing customer notifications of product changes or discontinued products.
• Guide, train and assist with the development of direct report.
• Work with others as art of the broader international marketing team.
• You will update all customer-facing personnel on a present assistance resource, its use and availability.
• To meet company processes, you will raise and process purchase orders for marketing purchases.
• Guarantee that all interactions and engagements are carried out in a professional, effective and courteous manner.
• Assure all work is completed with quality and rendering to company values.
• Responsible for tracking and recording total expenditure on production of assistance resources, generating a quarterly report, etc.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a business field such as marketing or similar.
• Comprehension of compliance, pharmaceutical guidelines and procedures as well as an ethical approach to work.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a marketing role within a pharmaceutical organisation.
• Familiarity with developing and executing market access programs would be ideal.
