Faces By Bae is a luxury Aesthetic Clinic specialising in injectables, laser & skin care.
We are looking for a talented creative marketing specialist to work with us to manage day to day drafts and development of channels ( facebook, instagram, tiktok). We require a creative individual to provide engaging and inviting copy for social media growth we are focused on organic growth and paid advertisements.
Assistance in developing our brand story and also identifying the right relevant influencers for our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Market research in industry trends and lead content creation
Manage and post on social media sites
Distribution of client content
Outreach to clients on impact
Draft daily/weekly and monthly client communications via Mailchimp and SMS
Create monthly/quarterly engagement reports
Produce client annual report
Organise and promote business events
Carry out surveys to ascertain client needs and success marketing tactics
Mange content creation on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
We’re looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of running similar campaigns and can hit the ground running. Specifically, you will have experience in Digital Content Strategy development and implementation, content creation, paid search and paid social strategy activation, user experience, and SEO expertise to drive sales.
Experience in the beauty sector is a plus!
Location
The role is one that lends itself to home working however we will require the post holder to attend our locations in London and/or Manchester when required. We will negotiate the exact detail with the preferred candidate.
Probationary period.
The post will be confirmed following successful reviews at months 3 and 6.
Preferred general knowledge, skills and experience:
· Graduate calibre, preferably with 1yr + experience
Portfolio of content creation is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
