We are seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Manager, on a 12 month FTC, to join the wider brand and Acquisition Marketing team within ECS, which is responsible for bringing in new customers to the free Experian Credit Score product, as well as our paid services and comparison products.
Your role will be to lead on the day-to-day management of our free credit score paid search activity, lead on our programmatic display activity and strategy, as well as leading the relationship and growth of our partnerships with 2 major companies.
This role requires a marketer with broad digital skills across a mixture of channels to be able to deliver against the key performance targets for the role and team.
Key responsibilities
- Be the relationship owner for our important client partnerships, responsible for the performance of these partnerships and managing it day-to-day
- Support across all PPC activity with a focus on continuous improvement in performance – focus on initiatives such as ad copy testing, landing page testing, ongoing optimisations
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager with the overall approach to paid search activity, including budget management, ongoing optimisations and analysis
- Work with the SEO Manager to understand the relationship between PPC and SEO, with the main focus being how we can make these work more effectively together to improve efficiency
- Leverage and share cross-channel learnings with other channel managers across the Acquisition and Customer Engagement teams
- Work with, manage and build effective working relationships with our best-in-class digital and creative agencies
Experience in managing external supplier or partners- Experience in PPC (knowledge of Google Ads and Search Ads 360), Programmatic advertising (DV360 and Campaign Manager) and Google Analytics
- Privacy and data with an understanding of key industry changes around cookies and GDPR regulations
- Excellent skills with reporting and data analytics, with the ability to produce clear explanations for performance both to wider team and senior leadership
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in managing large budgets
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and resources in a fast-paced environment.
