Job description

Online Membership Marketing Manager.Rugby.£40,000 - £45,000. Hybrid

  • We are looking to recruit an Online Membership Marketing Manager, Online Community Manager, Member Engagement Manager or similar.
  • Responsible for leading & developing the platform used to engage with an online community of professionals – you will ideally have a background in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing or social media (Knowledge of how to build and engage an online community).
  • Any experience working with or working for a professional body within the UK or Trade association that prioritises online engagement.
  • Highly suited to someone with a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, who has had exposure to Online & Digital Marketing.
  • Hybrid working, split of 3/2 days of office and home working.


This
Online Membership Marketing Manager job will suit:

  • An Online Membership Manager, Community Marketing Manager, Engagement Manager, Engagement coordinator or similar.
  • You will lead and develop an online platform that will engage with its members – so you will need to have some knowledge of how to engage with an online community (Via membership organisations, online forums, online & digital marketing or similar).
  • Degree or formal qualification in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • This role will have plenty of autonomy and freedom, as you will shape the platform for the business moving forward.You will need to be able to work self sufficiently and be able to effectively develop and manage business strategies.
  • You should be familiar with a wide variety of social media platforms and other engagement tools.
