Requirements:

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Approximately 5 years of marketing experience and the war stories to prove it.
  • Working in B2B environments is a bonus. Working in industries including telecom, cable, and/or critical infrastructure is a double bonus. Having completed a provocative phone and/or letter-writing campaign with a telecom, cable provider, or utility that resulted in a lower bill will receive strong consideration.
  • Being a true "marketing generalist" with expertise in content marketing, event marketing, PR and social media, sales support, marketing analytics, vendor coordination, and everything we’re forgetting to include here.
  • A highly innovative and entrepreneurial spirit is required — we need someone who thrives on taking calculated risks, demystifying cutting-edge technology, and driving creative initiatives.
  • Always having your eyes on the prize: those sales #s that, at the end of the day, determine our success or failure.

  • Craft and execute ingenious marketing strategies that propel Essentia's brand and support business growth.
  • Create captivating content that engages and educates our target audience across various channels.
  • Be the mastermind behind epic events that leave attendees in awe and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with our sales team, providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to conquer the market and nail their bogeys.
  • Lay bricks and sling mortar for our always expanding employer brand.
  • Analyze marketing data and unleash powerful insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Coordinate and dazzle our network of vendors, ensuring seamless partnerships and mind-blowing results.
  • Give gifts better than a Kris Kringle, whether selecting promo items that uniquely resonate with prospects or reminding customers that we know them better than their other vendors.
  • Network like a pro, transforming small talk and LinkedIn invites into valuable connections and opportunities.
  • Deftly drive solution demos to high-profile audiences, being able to shift gears on the fly.
  • Embrace your inner entrepreneur by identifying new growth avenues and proposing innovative marketing initiatives.

Hiring Process

We are looking to fill this role as soon as we find the candidate who meets or exceeds our expectations. Interviews will be conducted virtually, with the potential of in-person interviews for local candidates, and will include a meeting with the CFO, pre-employment cognitive and personality assessments, a background screening, and drug test.
