Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic marketing and communications team. This role will see an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager take responsibility for managing the corporate internal communications in two key areas: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Information Technology (IT).
We are looking for a strong communicator who can build and maintain relationships across different departments, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of seniority within the business.
This full-time role will be home based with travel to events, team meetings and similar as and when required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Elysium Healthcare Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Steering Committee and the Head of DE&I to produce a calendar of engaging DE&I communications that promote our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion under the We Are Elysium sub-brand
- To be the point of contact for our Employee Resource Group (ERG) chairs and sponsors for all communications to promote their ERG’s to the wider organisation, ensuring each group has an area on our intranet Elysium and attend each quarterly meeting
- Working closely with the corporate IT and collaborating to ensure clear messages are sent out to the correct members of staff, services, or departments at relevant times
- Supporting the Marketing Manager responsible for Internal Communication in managing content on the corporate intranet site- Elysium Connect. Ensuring all content is updated regularly and where required in line with the corporate internal communication plan.
- Working with our design partner Salsa in creating or updating any marketing collateral to support any corporate marketing requirements as and when required
- To act as the daily go to for support and queries for the Marketing Executives Contributing to the collation of team monthly report whilst ensuring the high quality and consistency of the work produced in the department is maintained
- Contributing to the collation of team monthly report
- Supporting at events as and when required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in the Healthcare or Education sector an advantage
- Strong writing and content creation skills are a must for this role
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- An astute eye for detail and the ability to spot a rogue apostrophe at a glance
- You must be able to work on your own initiative but have a strong team work ethic
- This is a fully remote role so you must feel comfortable and able to build relationships with the Marketing Team and wider organisation in this way
- You will be an experienced user of PowerPoint, word, and excel
- Skill in Canva & InDesign would be an advantage
- Ability to drive and travel to events or sites as requested is essential
