Eden Group Operations, founded in 2019, is an asset management company which
specialises in venue management, event management and private and commercial rental services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our event venue and increase bookings.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, utilizing a mix of online and offline channels such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, digital advertising, and collaborations with industry partners.
- Create compelling content for various marketing materials, including website, social media platforms, blogs, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Manage and optimize our online presence, including website content, search engine optimization (SEO), and user experience enhancements.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant industry influencers, associations, and event professionals to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for implementing innovative strategies.
- Assist in budget management, ensuring marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within the events, hospitality, or venue industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of event management software and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events and marketing initiatives.
