Eden Group Operations, founded in 2019, is an asset management company which

specialises in venue management, event management and private and commercial rental services.

We believe to effectively contribute and provide impactful service to our clients, we must take a holistic approach to any assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our event venue and increase bookings.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, utilizing a mix of online and offline channels such as email marketing, social media, content marketing, digital advertising, and collaborations with industry partners.
• Create compelling content for various marketing materials, including website, social media platforms, blogs, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Manage and optimize our online presence, including website content, search engine optimization (SEO), and user experience enhancements.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant industry influencers, associations, and event professionals to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for implementing innovative strategies.
• Assist in budget management, ensuring marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within the events, hospitality, or venue industry.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media management tools, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of event management software and CRM systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events and marketing initiatives.
