This role will be based out of Cary, NC with a hybrid work schedule
We are seeking a Customer Solutions Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will provide operational support and process leadership in various marketing activities. Responsibilities include supporting sales and customers with sample and collateral support, leading the cooperative marketing strategy and planning, ensuring efficient delivery of sample materials and orders, and working with external technology and internal procurement partners to execute marketing plans.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, process leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather data and insights for allocation decision-making
- Assist in planning and implementing cooperative marketing allocation strategies to meet demand and drive performance and ROI
- Lead the Sales and Customer Cooperative marketing strategy and Customer experience, working with external technology support to optimize the platform
- Manage the planning, inventory and distribution of product samples, marketing collateral and brand apparel and gifts
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely production and delivery
- Analyze sample and collateral usage to drive customer and regional strategies
- Assist in budget planning and tracking, ensuring adherence to allocated marketing budgets
- Collaborate with sales representatives to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction
- Manage self-service tools and platforms for marketing purposes, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and accurate information
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years experience in marketing support and operations, preferably in a similar role
- Understanding of processes related to vendor management, sample management, and collateral management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all marketing activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a smaller team, taking initiative and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends, gather insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools
